J' AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO, 10187, ADOPTED DECEMBER 11, 1986, THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE, RY INCREASING TE4E APPROPRIATION FOR THE; PROJECT ENTITF,ED "SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WES-P REDEVEt,0PMENT—PHASE; I" PROJECT NO. 322029 RY $4,641,100 FROM THE FOLLOWING REVENUE SOURCES: THE, GENERAL FUND —LOAN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS, DEVELOPERS RS DEPOSIT", RENT DEPOSIT, MISCEI.,LANE(-)IJS REVENUE, AND URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATION LOCAL MATCH (CD) FUNDS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERARItsITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Department of Development is responsible for the implementation of. the Southeast Overtown%Park West Redevelopment Project; and WHEREAS, the funds have been allocated from the general fund, Community Development, bid deposit from Phase I developers, rent deposit, bonds and miscellaneous revenue; and WHEREAS, for accountability the Department of Development along with the Finance, Planning, Management and Budget and Community Development Departments are desirous of consolidating all funds allocated to Southeast Overtown/Park West -Phase I under one project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10187 adopted, December 11, 1986, is hereby amended in the following particulars: 1/ "Section 1. The herein appropriations are hereby made for implementation of all municipal capital improvements of the City of Miami, including new capital improvement projects scheduled to begin during fiscal year 1986-87. The herein appropriations which are hereby designated by reference to descriptive project title and number also include appropriations for previously approved scheduled projects as well as re -appropriations of prior fund appropriations. The source of revenues to support the herein appropriations is hereby 1/ Words and/or figures stricken through shall be deleted. Underscored words and/or figures shall be added. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged. Asterisks indicate emitted and unchanged material.
