AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
3684-3688 SOUTHWEST 26TH STREET (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING
DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW
MODERATE DENSITY RESIDENTIAL USE TO
COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL USE; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of February 18, 1987, Item No. 6, following an advertised hearing
adopted Resolution No. PAB 20-87, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of an amendment to the Miami Comprehensi a Nei boyhood
Plan and Addenda (September 1985), as herein f r se forth; and
WHEREAS, changing conditions in t rea s rr unding the
subject property, support the herein ges; and
WHEREAS, the City Co m ssion of r careful consideration of
this matter deems it adv s le a in the best interest of the
general welfare of the Ci y f 'ami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive P1 ch n as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFO , BE IT DAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan
and
Ad nda (Sep a ber 1985), is hereby amended by changing
the
d s nation that certain parcel of property located
at
p ro imate 3684-3688 Southwest 26th Street, more particularly
describ a Lots 7, 8, and the west 39 feet of Lot 9, Block
13,
SILVER BL F HOMESITES, as recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 101
of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from Low -Moderate
Density Residential Use to Commercial/Residential Use.
