Odio V City Lklanager ENCLOSURES: RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Ordinance amending the Capital Improvements Appropriations Ordinance to reflect changes in five par' development projects, BACKGROUND: The Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities has prepared the attached legislation which reflects increases in the four following park projects to cover overexpenditures or planner: additional expenditures. Park Project Amount Curtis Park Improvements $10,000 Virginia Key Park Development $66,800 Kennedy Park Improvements $ 3,000 Miami Riverwalk - Phase II $10,000 Honies for these increases are available from funds remaining from the 1972 Parks and Recreation General Obligations Bonds and Miscellaneous Revenues generated by sales of fill material from Virginia Key.
