BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individuals are hereby confirmed as having been selected by a certified bargaining representative of City employees to serve as members of the City of Miami Affirmative Action Advisory Board and are hereby recognized as Board members: WILLIAM BRYSON, Miami Fire Fighters Association, to serve for a term expiring January 24, 1989. CAROLYN CLARKE, Fraternal Order of Police, to serve for a term expiring January 24, 1989. ROBERT MACK, Miami General Employees Association, to serve for a term expiring January 24, 1989. DAVE SIMS, Sanitation Employees Association, to serve for a term expiring January 24, 1989. Odio REFERENCES: City Manager ENCLOSURES: RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolu- tion confirming the selection of four individuals to the Affirmative Action Advisory Board. On January 24, 1987, the terms of the four union representatives on the Affirma- tive Action Advisory Board expired. The following individuals have been reappointed, by their respective unions, to serve an additional two-year term on the Board. Carolyn Clarke (B/I`), Fraternal Order of Police Robert flack (B/11), !Miami General Employees Association The following individuals have been selected, by their respective unions, to serve a two-year term on the Board. Their selection was necessary due to the vacancies created by the resignation and removal of the two former representa- tives.
