AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO, 9500, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
REMOVING THE HC-1: GENERAL USE HERITAGE
CONSERVATION OVERLAY DISTRICT AND INSERTING
THE HC-3: RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE HERITAGE
CONSERVATION OVERLAY DISTRICT, WHILE
RETAINING THE UNDERLYING ZONING DESIGNATIONS,
TO THE AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED BY 5811-37
NORTH MIAMI AVENUE (VILLA PAULA) (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); MAKING
FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL NECESSARY CHANGES
ON PAGE NUMBER 13 OF THE ZONING ATLAS;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 15, 1987, Item No. 3, the
Miami Planning Advisory Board motions failed by a v of 4 to 3,
therefore constituting a technical d ial his equest of
applying the zoning classification to a bject pr rties, as
hereinafter set forth; aD4

welf are of the City o Mits inhabitants to grant this
application as hereinafteh;
NOW, THEREFORE% J8E IT-*RDAINED BY THE. COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. I'he Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the
Zoning Ordirynnce o he City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the ning classification by removing the HC-1:
GEN RAL USE HE AGE CONSERVATION OVERLAY DISTRICT and inserting
t HC-3: R IDENTIAL-OFFICE HERITAGE CONSERVATION OVERLAY
CT, w retaining the underlying zoning designation RG-
1/3 GE L ESIDENTIAL (One and Two Family) DISTRICT to the area
generall bounded by 5811-37 North Miami Avenue (Villa Paula)
more particularly described as Lots 6, 7 and the west 40 feet of
Lot 5, less the right of way, Block 'l, BISCAYNE AVENUE TRACT, as
recorded in Plat Book 3 at page 195 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
