ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
5811-37 NORTH MIAMI AVENUE (VILLA PAULA)
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY
CHANGING DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
FROM LOW MODERATE DENSITY RESIDENTIAL USE TO
RESIDENTIAL OFFICE USE; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
