Enclosed are materials pertaining to Siempre en Domingo, which
will provide you with some background information for discussion
purposes at the June 25, 1987 Commission meeting.
Siempre en Domingo is a top Latin TV show similar to the old Ed
Sullivan show. It is televised in the United States as well as
South American Countries.

You may be interested in knowing that "Siempre en Domingo," which aired
Sunday, August 17 and will be broadcast again Sunday, August 24th and
31st, is showcasing Greater Miami via the Spanish International Network
to; 18 countries, representing more than 200 million viewers in Latin
America.
Working with the Greater Miami Host Committee and WLTV, Channel 23, we
have been jible to place numerous beauty shots of the area. In addition, the
Greater Miami Host Committee was able to obtain the airing of 12
mini -segments on different aspects of life in our area.' Each is 2 1 /2
minutes in length.
Greater Miami is truly getting its money's worth through the exposure
generated from this program.. Humberto Arguelles, director of the Host
Committee, has promised to send me a copy of all promotional spots aired,
as well as final viewer reports. I will forward those as they become
available.
