ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-51.4 OF THE
CODE OF TER CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS
AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR DISPOSITION BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF SURPLUS SUPPLIES, MATERIAL
AND EQUIPMENT AS THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION OR
THE CITY'S COMMITMENT IN SUPPORT OF A
PARTICULAR PUBLIC PURPOSE WHICH MAY INCLUDE
THOSE COMMUNITY CIVIC OR SOCIAL SERVICE
PROGRAMS AS MAY BE AUTEORIZED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MrI,

Section 1. Section 18-51.4 of the Code oft_44 City of
Miami. Florida. as amended, is hereby amended icy they following
