AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
-�? NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
? 1500 NORTHWEST 35TH STREET (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM
COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL
USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, a its meeting
of May 20, 1987, Item No. 1, following an ao t'ked hearing
adopted Resolution No. PAB 35-87, by a to\ ve, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of an amendment to " M' i C rehensive Neighborhood
Plan and Addenda (September 1 5),- s hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, changi g condi 'ons in the area surrounding the
subject property suAort the herein changes; and
WHEREA , he ity Commission after careful consideration of
this matte ems it advisable and in the best interest of the
gene welf re of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this prehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NO THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and
Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the
designation of that certain parcel of property located at
approximately 1500 Northwest 35th Street, more particularly
described as Lots 16, 17, and 18, BEVERLY HEIGHTS, as recorded in
Plat Book 6 at page 164 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, from commercial/residential to general/residential u
