ORDINANCE NO.
�WARDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
1720-1770 NORTHWEST 34TH STREET AND 1721-1757
NORTHWEST 33RD STREET (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW MODERATE
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO HIGH DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING
A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of May 6, 1987, Item No. 2, following an adve a hearing
adopted Resolution No. PAB 32-87, by a 9 0 �v a MMENDING
APPROVAL of an amendment to a Mia o pr ensive Neighborhood
Plan and Addenda (Sep mber 5 hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREA c .T condit ons in the area surrounding the
s �e t p ope ty s pport the herein changes; and
WHE A , the City Commission after careful consideration of
t matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
gene al welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and
Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the
designation of that certain parcel of property located
at
approximately 1720-1770 Northwest 34th Street and
1721-1757
Northwest 33rd Street, more particularly described as
Lots
1-5
A
and 12-18, Block LAVONIA PARK, as recorded in Plat Book
9 at
page
1
113 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
from
