RESIDENTIAL (COMMUNITY) BY MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE N0. 26 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO, 9500 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, I THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
