AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER 1985) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 741-899 NORTHWEST 37TH AVENUE AND 3663-3671 NORTHWEST 7TH STREET (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MODERATE HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
