ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
741-899 NORTHWEST 37TH AVENUE AND 3663-3671
NORTHWEST 7TH STREET (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MODERATE HIGH
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL
USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, iC meeting
of May 6, 1987, 1987, Item No. 1, follow an, a se hearing
adopted Resolution No. PAB 3�.-#79 b 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of an amendment to t M ' Comprehensive Neighborhood
Plan and Addenda (September 1 , as hereinafter set forth; and
