Enclosed is an article and request from Ms.
Rosenthal regarding Commission action on Alice
Wainwright Park.
It strikes me that the amount in question is so
small and the improvements so temporary that it's
hardly a capital improvement plan. As such, maybe
the City and the D.D.A. could split the cost as part
of general operating expenses.
Please consider this a request for this item to
be considered at the next meeting of the Commission
and the D.D.A. Board.
