ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
1025 NORTHWEST 19TH AVENUE (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO MODERATE HIGH DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL USE; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING
A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY
• CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at i meeting
of June 170, 1987, Item No. 1, following an adverti ed earing
adopted Resolution No. PAB (6) 40-87, by a 7 vote,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment t i Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan and Addend (Septe 1985 as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, changing condik%4ns In the area surrounding the
subject property, support the resin changes; and
WHEREAS, the City�Commission after careful consideration of
this matter deems it dvisable and in the best interest of the
general wel e f the ity of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Compre en 've an change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, TH , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF AMI, LO DA:
Se do 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and
Adde (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the
designat on of that certain parcel of property located at
approximately 1025 Northwest 19th Avenue, more particularly
described as the north 22.5 feet of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12,
Block 3, COPPINGER'S TROPICAL GARDENS, as recorded in Plat Book
16 at page 52 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from
low density residential to moderate high density residential use.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Comprehensive Plan
designation change:
a. Is necessary due to changed or changing
conditions;
