WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Boar , at its meeting of October 21, 1987, Item No. 1, following advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PAB 61-870 by 8 to vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment to the is i Co rehensive e�borhood Plan and Addenda (September 1985 , ereinafter s f th; and WHEREAS, changing Condit on in the area urrounding the subject property, su ort he herein than es; ja WHEREAS, the Ci ommissio fter !1 consideration of this matter deems it dvisable nd i� a best interest of the general welfare of the C ty of Mi nd its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensive Plan change ass reinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the designation of that certain parcel of property located at approximately 3151-3199 Southwest 27th Avenue, 2660 Lincoln Avenue and 2699 Tigertail Avenue, more particularly described as Lot(s) 1-6 inclusive, Block F, Amended Plat of New Biscayne, as recorded in Plat Book a at page 16 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from Moderate/High Density Residential to Commercial Residential use.
