AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER 1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2951-2999 SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW MODERATE DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of September 2, 1987, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PAB 47-87, by a 6 to 3 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (September 1985), as hereinafter set f th; and WHEREAS, changing conditionsPinhe 1area sur n ng the subject property, support the herees; and WHEREAS, the City Com ssiId arefu hsideration of this matter deems it advi a e in the es interest of the general welfare of the City Miam' nd nhabitants to grant this Comprehensive Plan change as a naf er set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (September *1985), is hereby amended by changing the designation of that certain parcel of property located at approximately 2951-2999 Southwest 22nd Terrace, more particularly described as Lots 26, 270, 28, and 29, Block 20, Miami Suburban Acres Amended, as recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 73 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from Low -Moderate Density Residential to Commercial Residential Use.
