Dear Cesar:
On behalf of the Fifth Annual Taste of the Grove Committee I
would like to request an appearance in front of the Miami City
Commission as soon as possible.
We are obtaining prices now from various city departments for
making the Fifth Annual Taste of the Grove a two day event.
January 23-24, .1988 will be the dates for the Taste of the Grove.
We would like to obtain -three things from -the commission:
1) Permission for street closure for this two day event
z) A beer and wine permit for the two day event
3) A waiver of city fees for this event that benefits the
Muscular Dystrophy Association charity.
I would like to meet with you or yr)ur designated staff member
prior to the commission meeting to iron -out any details regarding
the event.
'hanks. - for- al•1-.your help'- :Cesa-r,m : in making., this City 'Of-. Miami -sponsored
event a success for the past four years as I'm sure it will
for the fifth year.
S ncerely,
