ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY
3616-38 NORTHWEST 23RD AVENUE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN)
FROM RG-2/4 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO CG-1/7
GENERAL COMMERCIAL BY MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY
MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON'PAGE NO.
19 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300,
THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
November 2, 1987, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,.
adoptgd Resolution No. ZB 117-87, by a nine to zero (9-0) vote,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change q zoning classifi ion, as
hereinafter set fortn; and /
WHEREAS, the City Commies on after careful o s' a ation of

general welfare of th Ci of Miami and is inhabitants to
grant this change of on ng classifi on as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREF , BE IT ORDA N D VS/THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY =
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the
zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the zoning. classification of approximately 3616-38
- Northwest 23rd Avenue, Miami, Florida, more particularly
described as Lots 10-13 inclusive, less the east, north and west
one foot thereof, Block 8, GARDEN CITY, as recorded in Plat Book
5 at Page 73 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from
RG-2/4 General Residential to CG-1/7 General Commercial.
