The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and - ~, ° Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the av:~ !? designation of that certain parcel of property located at ~: approximately 23-47 Northwest 32nd Place and 34 Northwest 32nd - Court, more particularly described as Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 33 and 34, Block 7, TWELFTH STREET MANORS FIRST ADDITION, as = recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 67 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from low moderate density residential to - moderate high density residential use. - ._.: - Section 2.
