Dear Mr. Odio:
We are pleased and proud to inform the City of Miami that The
Junior League of Miami, Inc. is planning its 1988 "Miami Magic"
fundraiser for Saturday, April 23, 1988. This year we will be
moving the Daytime Festival to Bayfront Park and the Evening Gala
will celebrate "The Magic of "Miami". As you know, the City of
Miami has been a major sponsor of this great event for the past
two years.
Because downtown Miami once again is showcased, we are writing to
request a personnel appearance before the City Commission on
February 11, 1988 for the purpose of requesting the cost of the
inkind services of police, fire rescue, sanitation, and public
works for the Miami Magic Festival.
We look forward to working again with you this year.
Sincerely,
Mary Lynch
