Dear Mr. Odio:

THE JUNIOR LEAGUE
OF MIAMI, INC.
Coral Gables, Florida 33134 (305) 443-0160
As requested by the City Commission on February 18, 1988, the
Junior League has met with City Administration regarding the
request for inkind services,of police, fire,*rescue, sanitation,
and public works for the Miami Magic Festival on April 23, 1988.
lie have worked to trim the request from $21,700 to $15039 for
City Services. As you know, the City of Miami has been a co-
sponsor of this event since its beginning in 1986, and last year
we received $25,000 worth of inkind services.
Because the City Commission deferred this request to a later
date, we are asking for a personal appearance before the City
Commission on March 10, 1988 to again request these inkind
services.
We would at this time also like to request that the City
Commission wave the amphitheatre fee of $500 for the use of the
amphitheatre at Bayfront Park.
Ile look forward to working again with the City of tliami.
Sincerely
H ry Kynch
