Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the Zoning Ordinance of the City -of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by removing the "pedestrian street designation" for the public right-of-way in the SPI-14 Zoning district located on Southwest 12th Avenue and Southwest 17th Avenue between Southwest Sth to Southwest 9th Streets ("Subject Area"). Section 2. Notwithstanding Section 1, above, that portion of right-of-way on properties lacing Southwest 8th Street at both above locations shall retain the Pedestrian Street designation. Section 3. The Subject Area shall retain the SPI-14 zoning designation. a
