HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-10407s . 8/24/88 ORDINANCE NO. M AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE SUSPENDING THE _— COLLECTION FOR, 30 DAYS OF THE CITY'S RIGHTS - OP -WAY CLEANING FEES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Notwithstanding any existing contrary City Code Section or provisions, the collection of the annual public rights -of -way cleaning fees, as amended by Ordinance No. 10371, adopted January 14, 1988, is hereby suspended for a period of 30 days. Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure on the grounds of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety, and property of the City of Miami. Section 3. The requirement of reading this Ordinance on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by an affirmative vote of not less than four -fifths of the members of the Commission.
