ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
2551 S.W. 27TH LANE (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION
OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE: AND MAKING
FINDINGS.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its mee�A
of March 2, 1988, Item No. 1, following an v e r see t�`arina
adopted Resolution No. PAB 20-88, by a 5 to 3 t RECOMMENDING
DENIAL of an amendment to the M' �omprehen ive Neighborhood
Plan and Addenda (September 19851 ,as A ereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City C iss Ja'fter careful consideration of
this matter, notwithstan ng the Planning Advisory Board's
recommendation, deems it advisable and in the best interest of
the general welfare of the City of Miami and ::s inh—mbit-nntc to
grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and
Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the
designation of that certain parcel of real property located at
approximately 2551 S.W. 27th Lane, more particularly described as
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1 of SILVER BLUFF BUSINESS CENTER, as
recorded in Plat Book 14 at Page 76, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, from Low Density Residential to
Residential -Office.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Comprehensive
Plan designation change:
a. Is necessary due to changed or changing conditions;
b. Involves a residential land use of 5 acres or less and
a density of 5 units per acre or less or involves other
