ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE.
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AND ADDENDA (SEPTEMBER
1985); FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
828-833 S.W. 29TH AVENUE (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION
OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MODERATE HIGH
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
RESIDENTIAL: AND MAKING FINDINGS.

adopted Resolution No. PAB 21-88, by a 8 to 0 � kECOMMENDING

APPROVAL of an amendment to the Miami Co etkf ive Neighborhood

Plan and Addenda (September 1985), as here nafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commissionfter careful consideration of
this matter deems it advis /,�l in the best interest of the
general welfare of the jCit iami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive P/an Ch ge as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and
Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the
designation of that certain parcel of real property located at
approximately 829-833 S.W. 29th Avenue, more particularly
described as Parcel 1, being the South 110 feet of Lot 4, of
MAYWOOD, as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 69, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and Parcel 2, being Lots 4 and 5
of Block 3, of CITRUS PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book
6 at Page 145, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
from Moderate High Density Residential to Commercial -Residential.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Comprehensive
Plan designation change:
