am appearing before you to present a proposal between the
Miami Parking system and Borinquen Health Care Cantor,
After speaking with Mr. John Mulvena from Parking Authority and
Mr. Tally Lee from the Manager's office, we discussed two
options which are as follows:
a) for Borinquen Health Care Center to request an
appropriation to sub -lease 'Municipal Parking' Lot
#56.
b) the parking system will come up with the total cost
for construction of said parking and that Borinquen
' Health Care Center will request fromthecommission
�• said amount to be pro -rated over a period of years

At this time, you have before you, an Agreement or'Contract from
sy> the Miami Parking System which states that off-street parking is

rwilling to wave the `revenue 'stream of $112,032.00_from ;Municipal

Parking Lot #56 through the end of the' lease with the State of
Florida` as long as the Department recovers its unamortized
construction cost of $101,159.00.
Therefore, Borinquen Health Care Center would like to request

the amount of $86,159.00 to be able to enter into this Agreement

Dear Mr. Lopez:
The Department of Off -Street Parking Is willing to waive the projected
revenue stream of $112,032 from Municipal Lot No. 56 through the end of the
lease with the State of. Florida as long as the Department recovers its
unamortizod ,construction costs of. $101.,159.

In. the event that the Borinquen Health Care Center, Inc. does not comply
with all terms and conditions of the Sublease including any failure to pay rent

terminate the Sublease or seek any other rPmedy as set forth in the Sublease.
