WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board,,at its meeting of April 18, 1988, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 64-88, by a nine to zero (9-0) vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of the official vacating and closure of portions of streets as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of portions of streets in question and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That portion of Northwest 1st Avenue located north of the north right-of-way line of.
