A 4 Ave. REIrERENCES ENCLOSURES It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt a resolution accepting the plat entitled Napoleon Place Subdivision and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat, and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the City Commission. The proposed record plat entitled Napoleon Place Subdivision is a replat of the West 40 feet of Lot 24, all of Lot 25 and the East 30 feet of Lot 25. Less the South 15 feet thereof, of BOHNA BELLA PLACE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 175 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, all lying in Section 18, Township 53 South, Range 42 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida. The area platted consists of one (1) lot containing 0.22+ of an acre. It is zoned CR-2/7.
