This amendment authorizes the additional professional services required for the Consultant to provide a qualified individual to act on behalf of the City as its project representative throughout the construction phase. It also requires the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $100,000 for said professional and technical services. Funding to cover the cost of these services has already been established in the project budget. Compensation is based on an hourly rate in accor,3ance with the terms of the City's agreement with Spillis Candela & Partners, Inc.
