R"4 i 2 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE DISCOVERY OF AMERICA CELEBRATION TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE HISPANIC HERITAGE COMMITTEE, INC., HEREBY DESIGNATING OCTOBER 8 AND 9. 1988 AS TWO OF THE THIRTY (30) DAYS RESERVED FOR USE BY THE CITY PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 19348 WITHOUT THE USER PAYING THE FEES FOR THE PARK, IF THE USER IS WILLING TO PAY THE CITY THIRTY-TWO (321) PERCENT OF THE GROSS SALES OF BEER/WINS OF SUCH EVENT? AUTHORIZING A TWO-DAY PERMIT TO SELL BEER AND WINE IN CONNECTION WITH SAID EVENT SUBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF ALL PERMITS REQUIRED BY LAW? IN THE ALTERNATIVE, DESIGNATING OCTOBER 8 AND 9, 1988 AS TWO OF THE DAYS RESERVED FOR COMMUNITY USE, FOR WHICH THE USER MUST PAY A FEE? FURTHER CONDITIONED UPON THE ORGANIZERS PAYING FOR ALL OTHER COSTS OF CITY SERVICES AND UPON THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE CITY WILL BE INSURED AGAINST ANY POTENTIAL LIABILITY. DR IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NIANI, FLORIDA: section 1. October 8 and 9, 1988 are hereby designated as two of the thirty (30) days reserved for use of Bayfront Park by the City pursuant to Ordinance No. 10348, without the user paying the fees for the park, in connection with the Discovery of America Celebration to be conducted by the Hispanic Heritage Committee, Inc., if the user is willing to pay the City thirty- two (32%) percent of the gross sales of beer and wine of such event. Section 2. Upon the issuance of a temporary permit by the Florida Department of Business Regulations, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, to sell beer and wine pursuant to City Code 54-12.1, the request of the organizer's to sell beer and wine for a two-day period in connection with the Discovery of the America Celebration is hereby granted subject to the issuance of } all permits required by law.;. � a a T Section 3. As an alternative to the provision of Section i hereof, October 8 and 9, 1999, are hereby designated as two of the reserved days for community use, for which the user must pay a fee. Section 4.
