Kin Knotts, representative for the owners of the Freedom Tower, has been the first to come forth and express a readiness to participate. Mr. Knotts says that all he needs to be provided with is a pole. He will do everything else -fixture., instalation etc. We didn't get into many details at the moment, but he said he would like to have it done by Nov. 12th. With his cooperative participation maybe this one could be considered a prototgpe to help establish comparative costs, procedures and other technical aspects (Another building manager who had shown interest in the pest is Bill Kelley fron One Biscayne Tower. However, at this moment their', money is going into interior renovation.) „ r i will towara this information to Jack Lufft as well. Any advice and /or direction from your otiice wfll be very much appreciated. Once again, thank Uou very much for your supportive letter.
