AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING DESIGNATION FROM RG-3/6
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO PR -PARRS AND
RECREATION FOR THE AREA LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 5135-5175 NORTHWEST 7TH STREET,
MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN); MAKING FINDINGS; BY MAKING ALL
NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NUMBER 28 AND OF
SAID ZONING ATLAS.

WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of July 6, 1988, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 67-88, J�y a 8 to 0 vote, R;7e

Zoning Atlas as he einafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the zoning designation from RG-3/6 General
Residential to PR -Parks and Recreation for the area located at
approximately 5135-5175 Northwest 7th Street, Miami, Florida, and
more particularly described as Tract 3, FOURTH REVISED AND
AMENDED PLAT OF SEMROCSA as recorded in Plat Book 50 at page 77
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida and the west 200.32
feet of the East 2304.32 feet of Tract 2 of PLAT OF THAT PORTION
OF THE SE-1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 53 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST,
LYING SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST OF TAMIAMI CANAL, MIAMI, DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
