BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY NORTHWEST 7TH AND 8TH STREETS, AND NORTHWEST 3RD AND 4TH AVENUES, FROM RG-2/8 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO CR-1/6 COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 23 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of September 28, 1988, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 75-88, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Citf''Covadpsion after careful cbnjlderation of a this matter deems !it advisable and in the,�eity'-interest of the general welfare of t46 City of; Zia i, d its inhabitants to ,. grant this�qange of zoning cla ificition as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of real property generally described as the block bounded by Northwest 7th and 8th Streets, and Northwest 3rd and 4th Avenues, Miami, Florida, more particularly described as All of Block 47N, A.L. KNOWLTON'S MAP OF MIAMI, as recorded in Plat Book B at Page 41 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from RG-2/6 General Residential to CR-1/6 Commercial Residential. Section 2.
