The Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (September 1985), is hereby amended by changing the designation of that certain parcel of real property located at approximately 2-46 Northeast 75th Street, Miami, Florida, more particularly described as Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4. Block 1, of BELMONT PARK REPLAT, as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 60 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from Moderate Density Residential to Liberal Commercial. Section 2.
