Third Avenue Miami, Florida 331A Dear Mr. Sanders: The City of Miami's selection committee for the Economic Development/Physical Improvement Project Fund has reviewed your proposal requesting a grant in the amount of one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) for the purchase of McDonald's Franchise in the Overtown Shopping Center. The committee has favorably recommended your project proposal, however, any amount approved by the City will be in the form of a loan. Please be advised that final approval of all project applications must be formally approved by the City Commission. This item will be presented at the September 8, 1988 Commission Meeting provided that all documentation has been submitted. In order that we may begin drafting and negotiating an agreement between the City of Miami and Tropical Clear Blue Laundry, Inc. we will need the following information: 1. Cost of McDonald's Franchise and proposed site location. 2. Proposed agreement between Tropical Clear Blue Laundry, Inc. and McDonalds if applicable. 3. Financial commitments with terms outlined. 4.
