We will need an area to stage the event, an area suitable for a large office trailer or tent. These areas would require security and minor crowd control. 4. We would welcome the opportunity to be able to secure appropriate space from which we could sell Official America's Cup and Event Merchandise. I have taken the liberty to enclose a one page Executive Summary about the Second Annual Pro Football Match Race, as well as a video tape highlighting last year's production. Since we control the total production of this program, you can be assured that we will dedicate a portion of the programming toward promoting the City of Miami. We have been in active dialogue with members of the Superbowl Task Force, and will make ourselves available whenever possible to support the City of Miami activities while in Miami. We look forward to a positive response to our request and will be more than glad to provide any additional information you deem necessary.
