NN_10999 A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $15,000 FROM SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACCOUNTS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY MOTION NO. 87-276, ADOPTED MARCH 13, 1987, IN SUPPORT OF THE DISABLED PARKING PROGRAM CONDUCTED BY THE BORINQUEN HEALTH CLINIC, WITH SAID FUNDING HAVING BEEN INCLUDED IN THE $500,000 RECEIVED FROM REVENUES GENERATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF OFF-STREET PARKING DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1988. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Commission hereby allocates $15,000 from Special Programs and Accounts previously authorized by Motion No. 87-276, adopted March 13, 1987, in support of the disabled parking program conducted by the Borinquen Health Clinic, with said funding having been included in the $500,000 received from revenues generated by the Department of Off -Street Parking during the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1988. Odio - Commission Agenda Item City Manager November 17, 1988 t Mt'1 N�"►n � RCCOMMFNDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolution authorizing the allocation of $15,000 from Special Programs and Accounts to Borinquen Health Clinic. BACKGROUND: On March 13, 1987, the City Commission authorized, by Motion 87-276 of March 13, 1987, the allocation of $15,000 to Borinquen Health Clinic to help them solve their problem with parking for the disabled. The attached resolution formalizes Motion 87-276. Attachment: (1) Proposed Resolution 88-1099 13-1
