RECOMMENDATIONS PLANNING DEPARTMENT DENIAL.. The proposed change is in conflict. with the Miami Neighborhood Comprehensive Plan, - September, 1985. The proposed change to- general commercial is contrary to the residential use already established. Present zoning boundaries are logically drawn and will be altered by the proposed change. The proposed change will be a special privilege - granted to the owner of the subject site. There are no substantial reasons Why the• property can not be used under the existing zoning. Not only is it zoned multi family, but is also nas transitioaai privileges. PUBLIC WORKS No comment. UADE COUNTY TRAFFIC No comments.
