SEWER AUTHORITY DEPARTMENT TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MIAMI RIVER CANAL SANITARY SEWER _= IMPROVEMENT IN MIAMI RIVER CANAL SANITARY _ SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5555-C C_ (CENTERLINE SEWER); AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY :} MANAGER TO REIMBURSE MIAMI-DADE WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY DEPARTMENT FOR THE COST OF SAID 1 SEWER IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of November 3, 1988, Resolution No. 88-1019 was passed which •ordered a sanitary sewer - improvement identified as Miami River Canal Sanitary Sewer Improvement in Miami River Canal Sanitary Sewer Improvement - District SR-5555-C (centerline sewer); and WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was held before the City Commission on January 120,1989, as to any ' objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 88-1019,,,which resolution ordered MIAMI RIVER CANAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN MIAMI RIVER CANAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5555- C (centerline sewer); and WHEREAS, the aforementioned MIAMI RIVER CANAL SANITARY SEWER I1MPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5555-C will be contiguous to Metropolitan Dade County's MIAMI RIVER CANAL SANITARY SEWER SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT and it appears to b cost effective and in the best e F interest of both the City of Miami and Metropolitan Dade County to coordinate the construction of sanitary sewers within both of the aforementioned sanitary sewer districts; j I3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY , OF.MIAMI,.
