The use of City -owned Allapattah Residential E� Mini Park, located at 1500 Northwest 16 Avenue, by a nonprofit ( service agency► for the purpose of providing low cost day care ' A. services to area residents, is hereby approved, in principle. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to review, ' of the Allapattah Wynwood r in particular, the preliminary proposal { Development Corporation, to provide said services to the needy =y residents from that City facility. :1 Section 3. Actual use of said park shall not be authorized without the final approval of the City Commission. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective s t immediately upon its adoption pursuant to law.
