WYNWOOD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR PROVIDING
SUCH SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS IN NEED OF DAY
CARE IN THE SURROUNDING AREA OF THE
AFOREMENTIONED PARK; FURTHER PROVIDING THAT
ACTUAL USE OF SAID PARK SHALL NOT BE
AUTHORIZED WITHOUT FINAL APPROVAL OF THE CITY
COMMISSION.

Section 1. The use of City -owned Allapattah Residential

Mini Park, located at 1500 Northwest 16 Avenue, by a nonprofit

services to area residents, is hereby approved, in principle.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to review,

in particular, the preliminary proposal

Development Corporation, to provide said services to the needy =y
residents from that City facility.

Section 3. Actual use of said park shall not be authorized
without the final approval of the City Commission.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective s
t immediately upon its adoption pursuant to law.

prepared the attached Resolution in accordance with_ 88-
1128; ( adopted on November 17, 1988) approving' in principle the°'� y �"
proposed issuance of a revocable permit to representatives of

Allapattah Wynwood Development Corporation for the establishment:

financing from the State of Florida ( from Title XX Funds) in then:`
amount of $300,000 to build said day care facility.

The Allapattah-Wynwood neighborhoods have a great need for lfi``�
