PIERS INTO WATERWAYS GENERALLY"; AND SUBSECTION 2024.11 ENTITLED "EXTENSIONS OF DOCKS INTO WATERWAYS, CANALS OR RISCAYNE RAY: SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS", BY INCREASING, FROM TWENTY --FIVE (251 FEET TO THRITY-FIVE (35) FEET THE PERMITTED DISTANCE THAT DOCKS OR PIERS MAY EXTEND INTO BISCAYNE BAY AND OTHER WATERWAYS; AND PROHIBITING GRANTS OF VARIANCE IN THESE INSTANCES IN THE RS-1, RS-2 AND RG-1 DISTRICTS.
