Ate. Ellie* Vaugh of 2391 NW 73 Terrace, house was raider!
on February 11► 1988, by Metro Dade police officers. They
Admitted that they raided the wrong house.
Rev. Carlton Preston of 2145 NW 133 Street, house was raided
l on July 8, 1988, by Metro bade police officers. The Pastor
and his family was later cleared of having any association
with drugs.
3. Sharon Stevens of 395 NW 177 Street, Apartment #117, was
raided on July 12, 1988 by Metro Dade police officers.
There was no drugs found inside her apartment.
4. Cynthia Jones of 410 North Royal Poinciana Boulevard, house
was wrongfully raided on November 1, 1988, by Metro Dade -
-police officers looking for drugs. There was none found
in her home.
5. Mr. Stanley Floyd died while in Metro Dade police custody
on August 11, 1988, at 2974 NW 48 Street. The report said
that he died from a drug overdose, but there were witnesses
who saw police officers sevecly beating him with their
nightsticks.
b. Johnnie Drayton was shot on August 25, 1988 by a Metro
Dade police officer. The officer said there was a struggle
and the gun went off. But, witnesses say that there was
no struggle and the officer intended to sh000t him.
7. Alfred Lee, Black Metro Dade police officer• was Beverly
beaten by "white" City of Miami police officers in May
of 1987. This case was never fully played out in court*,
The judge feared it would spark a riot.
8. Andrew Richard was severly beating by several "white" police
officers on January 7, 1989. He was arrested and charged
with three.separate charges, which witnesses say are bogu
