A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK OIL
MIRI CONSTRUCTION, INC. AT A TOTAL COST OF

$2,151,155.71 FOR WEST LITTLE HAVANA HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT - PHASE I CIP PROJECT NO. 341109
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$218,755.26

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 19, 1986
between the City of Miami, Florida and Miri Construction, Inc.
for WEST LITTLE HAVANA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE I C.I.P.
Project No. 341109; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed by
Miri Construction, Inc. and they have furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of the
Department of Public Works recommend that the completed work be
accepted and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Miri
Construction, Inc. for WEST LITTLE HAVANA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -
PHASE I C.I.P. Project No. 341109 is hereby accepted. at a total
cost of $2,151,155.71.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are
hereby authorized to pay Miri Construction, Inc. a balance of

218, 755.26 as full and final payment for all work performed and
all materials furnished in connection with WEST LITTLE HAVANA
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE I C.I.P. Project No. 341109.
