MEMORIAL DAY SILENT PARADE TO 9E CONDUCTED BYTHE VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS, POST 10212 AND THE AMERICAN LEGION POST 346 ON MAY 29, 1989, PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSURE OF DESIGNATED STREETS TO THROUGH VEHICULAR TRAFFIC SUBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS BY THE DEPARTMENTS -OF POLICE AND FIRE, RESCUE AND INSPECTION SERVICES; CONDITIONED UPON THE REOUIREMENT THAT THE CITY WILL BE INSURED AGAINST ANY POTENTIAL LIABILITY AND UPON THE ORGANIZERS PAYING FOR ALL NECESSARY COSTS OF CITY SERVICES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDAs _ Section 1. In order to effectuate safe passage during a _ Memorial Day silent parade to be conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars'Post 10202 and the American Legion Post 346, the following streets are hereby closed to through vehicular traffic from 9:00�a.m.'to 12 00 noon on Monday, May 29, 1989 as specified ;f below: Southwest ,Eighth Street between Southwest 4th Avenue and Southwest:Twelfth Avenue Southwest Twelfth Avenue between Southwest Eighth Street and = Southwest Fifteenth Street Y Included in the herein closure are all streets, avenues-, alleys, ways and thoroughfares which intersect the j enumerated areas delineated in this Section. J Section 2. Such closing of streets is subject to State approval and issuance of permits by the Departments of Police and Fire, Rescue and Inspection Services.
