TO ALLOW APPLICANT TRANSMITTED COURTESY CERTIFIED MAIL NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATIONS TO ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS OR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS AS AN OPTION; AND AMENDING SECTION 3508 BY CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERRORS AND PROVIDING THAT NOTICE OF CHANGES TO ZONING ORDINANCE TEBT OR SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATION SHALL BE SOLELY BY PUBLICATION; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
