MIAMI, FLORIDA ("MIAMI") TO USE THE PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STE STREET
BETWEEN 3RD AND 4TH AVENUES, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON THE ATTACEMENT
HERETO ("PROPERTY"), AS SURFACE PARKING.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Corrective County Deed ("Deed") t
dated February 23, 1982, the County

conveyed the Property to the

WHEREAS, the Deed grants the Property to the City so long as

the City utilizes said Property
for a surface parking lot,
otherwise the Property reverts back
to the County; and
of using the Property for WHEREAS, the City is desirous

BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

Section 1. The City Manager is hereby directed to request

No. 88-734 accepting the recommendation of the Planning

the Administration to report back to the City Commision is
December with its recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board. at its meeting
of November 18 1988, Item No. 2, following an,advertisedhearing,
adopted Resolution No. PA8 92-88, by a 8 to 2 vote,�RECOMMffi�DING
APPROVAL of this request to amend the Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan and Addenda (September 1988), as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the.
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants.to.grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THMPORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

combination with other changes during the last year,
