WHEREAS, pursuant to the Corrective County Deed ("Deed") t dated February 23, 1982, the County 41 conveyed the Property to the _ City; and WHEREAS, the Deed grants the Property to the City so long as -:. the City utilizes said Property for a surface parking lot, otherwise the Property reverts back to the County; and of using the Property for WHEREAS, the City is desirous ,. r i . another purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
