Odi City Manager ENCLOSURES RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt a resolution accepting the plat "St. Michael's Parish Subdivision" and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat, and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the City Commission. The proposed record plat entitled "ST. MICHAEL'S PARISH SUBDIVISION" is a resubdivision of tract "A" of "SAINT MICHAELS", Plat Book 52, Page 18 and a portion of the latest 1/2, of the Southeast 1/4, of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Torrnshi p 54 South, flange 41 East, City of t i arrii , Dade County, Florida. The area platted consists of three (3) lots, containing 1.4.3+ acres. It is zoned IIS-2/2 and RGm3/5. MICHAEL'S PARISH SUBDIVISION" was prepared by J.H. Manucy, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: 1. The property platted is a resubdivision of tract "A" of "Saint Michaels", Plat Book 52, Page 18 and a portion of the West 1/2, of the Southeast 1/4, of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida.
