R9 4Q0 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE "AM ERICAN MUSIC JAMBOREE" AS PART OF THE ROYAL POINCIANA FIESTA TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI COMMITTEE ON BEAUTIFICATION AND ENVIRONMENT; HEREBY DESIGNATING JUNE 3, 1989 AS ONE OF THE THIRTY (30) DAYS RESER17ED FOR USE BY THE CITY PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 10348, WITHOUT THE USER PAYING THE FEES FOR BAYFRONT PARK; CONDITIONED UPON ORGANIZERS PAYING FOR THE NECESSARY CITY SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH SAID EVENT AND THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE CITY WILL BE INSURED AGAINST ANY POTENTIAL LIABILITY. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. June 3, 1989 is hereby designated as one of the thirty (30) days reserved for use by the City pursuant to Ordinance No. 10304, without the user paying the fees for Bayfront Park, in connection with the "American Music Jamboree" as part of the Royal Poinciana Fiesta conducted by the City of Miami Committee on Beautification and Environment. Section 2. Such authorization is hereby conditioned upon the organizers paying for all costs of City services associated with said event and the requirement that the City be insured against any potential liability. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption pursuant to law. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April , 1989. XAVIER L.
