AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 62-61 AND 62-62 OF THE
CODE . OF THE CITY OF - NIAM r FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, BY
INCREASING ZONING AND PLANNM RELATED FEES; PROVIDING
FOR AN ADVERTISING SURCHARGE; FUMMt DUTMING FEES

DECISIONS OF THE ZONING BDAM, ZONING AM1INISMATIOR OR
DnMMM OF THE DEPATMMU OF PLANNING; AND CWMNING
A REPEhUR PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CtAUSE-
mwwmt the cost of reviewingr processing and providing for publication
of notices for public hearings for required applications has escalated
drastically, necessitating great expenditure of public funds; and
WHEREAS, the expenditures aforementioned have seriously eroded allocated
budgets; and
WHEREAS,, the fee increase of surc"s contAined herein are intended to

NOW, BE IT ORDAINED/BY 0CM1ISSION OF THE CITY OF MIM
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sections 62-61 62-62 of the Code of the City of Miami
Florida, as amrided,, are hereby amended in the following particulars.
"Sec. 62-61. Schedule of fees.
Any application for a change in the district classification or

modification of the regulations affecting any property or for a plan amendment
or for any special permit required by the zoning ordinance, shall be
accaTanied by an application fee in the amount set forth in this section:
(1) Changing of zoning (district classification and/or sector number) to:
RS-1, RS-1.11 RS-2r FC,-1, PD-H, per square foor of
