Public Works; and WHEREAS, such disposal needed, to be carried out; expeditiously due to the nature of the material; and WHEREAS, funds for this expenditure are available in` iy the` binner' Key:-Marina-Renovation/Expansion Project -Account Code' No. 414006; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: f Section 1.
